Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. However, to ensure that we can accommodate all our clients effectively, we have established the following cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time or no-shows will incur a $20 cancellation fee. This fee must be paid prior to rebooking any future appointments.

All services purchased are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any services once they have been purchased. Additionally, any services purchased are valid for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer.
